The villa features two generously sized bedrooms that comfortably accommodate guests of all ages. The primary bedroom showcases a luxurious king bed paired with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for children or friends, and is serviced by a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. For additional sleeping flexibility, the living area includes a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate a fifth guest, making this villa an excellent choice for families or small group getaways.

The heart of this villa revolves around its open-concept living area, where you'll find a well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, making meal preparation effortless. The dining area provides an inviting space for family meals, while the comfortable living room features a Smart TV and access to the private deck.

This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. A paved and shady pathway leads right from Colonnade Club to the beach, just a 10-minute walk!
