The large kitchen has a sunny breakfast nook with French doors opening to a partially covered patio for outdoor dining and alfresco BBQs, island style! The adjoining formal dining area also includes French doors, as well as a built-in desk for remote working. Take a step down and the light-filled living room awaits you. Completing the first floor layout is a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath that may be accessed from the hallway, as well.

The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed and private bath. The large 3rd bedroom is also on the second floor and has 2 twin beds, 2 window seats, and a private bath.

Evian, Hilton Head Island is one of Shipyard’s most scenic settings and an oasis of seclusion and serenity surrounded by the Brigantine Golf Course. An old fashioned gazebo overlooks the 5 acre lake with a sweeping footbridge and benches for wildlife viewing, the Olympic-size pool is open year round and the free lighted tennis courts are located nearby. A short walk or bike ride and your toes are in the Atlantic Ocean.
