Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by the full expansive view of the downstairs living area. The sunny breakfast nook sweeps into the kitchen where you will find all white appliances; including Sub Zero counter-level, refrigerator and freezer units.

Off the kitchen is the formal dining room which has seating for 4. The cozy living room offers a three-piece seating group, a large flat screen television with a BOSE sound system. The living room wall also features several original paintings by the owner, an accomplished artist who has shown in numerous exhibitions and is the founder of the Pastel Society of North Carolina. The back deck looks out on the Shipyard Golf Course.

Up the stairs you will find the bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen, hi-def TV, and its own private, recently renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the way to the guest bedroom is the washer and dryer for added convenience. The warmly decorated guest bedroom has a full size and a twin bed, a flat screen, hi-def TV, as well as its own private, recently renovated bathroom. Tranquility awaits!

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 65 pounds per dog.

Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 3 car passes max.
