1660 Bluff Villas is a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Hilton Head Sea Pines vacation rental condo perfectly situated in South Beach Marina. This property features an open concept floor plan, tile and LVP flooring throughout and all new bathrooms.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and guests can spread out with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker.

The main bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space. Smart TV and a private en-suite bath. This meticulously renovated bathroom has a large, tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bunk bed, a Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.
