1681 Bluff Villas is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor property offers expansive landscaped views and easy access to the Calibogue Sound.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and access to the private patio. The dining area is just beyond the living area, as is the kitchen which features new appliances.

The main bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath with a large, tiled walk-in shower. This room also has a large walk-in closet which houses the laundry center.

The guest bedroom features two twin beds and has access to a renovated hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1681 Bluff Villas can access the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.
