This three bedroom, two bathroom Singleton Beach rental home is the epitome of Lowcountry living on Hilton Head Island. This home offers a short, effortless stroll to the beach, has an ornate feel, and is a premier pet-friendly Hilton Head vacation rental allowing you to bring a maximum of two furry friends along.

Just about 15 steps lead from the driveway to the very expansive living room. With splashes of blues of yellows, the warm living room features a two piece seating group, a comfy armchair and a flat screen television. The dining room sits next to the living room and features a beautiful, hand carved dining room table and six matching chairs. For additional seating one can head a few steps over to the breakfast bar which has four sleek and cozy bar chairs. On the opposite side of the breakfast bar is the very functional, craftsman-designed kitchen, home to stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker and customized cabinetry for ample storage space. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom offers a majestic feel with plenty of sunshine and features a king bed, a flat screen television for your entertainment needs, and its own private bathroom with two sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and has a flat screen television; the windows from this room offer tranquil landscape views. The third and final bedroom will be a perfect kids’ room since it offers plenty of space to roll around with a bunk bed and a trundle. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

Guests will have a new rear deck! This spacious upper level wood deck is outfitted with cushioned patio furniture with seating for 7.

Covered parking is available just beneath the home.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
