Colonnade Club rentals 154 is a fully renovated, newly furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor condo in Colonnade Club.

As you walk through the front door, you're greeted with an open-concept floor plan, with tile flooring that spans the common areas and tons of natural light. The fully remodeled kitchen feature granite counters, new cabinetry, pendant lighting over the kitchen bar, stainless and white appliances and a Keurig coffee maker.

The dining area, just past the kitchen, seats 4 comfortably with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The living area is furnished with new, plush furniture. This room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV and access to the private patio area. The patio has seating for 4 with sweeping golf course views.

The main bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted flat screen and access to a renovated private bathroom with double sinks and a large, tiled tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed and access to a hall bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
