Enjoy a relaxing low country vacation while staying at the renovated 176 Colonnade. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd level Hilton Head condo rental features laminate flooring throughout the living areas, updated bathrooms and new furnishings.

The entry door opens to a large great room that starts with the kitchen. This area is defined by an open dining/serving counter and includes a small laundry room to the rear that contains a full-size washer and dryer.

The fully renovated kitchen overlooks the dining area, which has seating for 6 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. The adjoining living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a slider door then opens to a corner deck, which has a cafe table for 4 and overlooks the Colonnade Club pool.

Off of the living room, a short hallway passes a hall bath and ends at the main bedroom, which features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, a flat screen TV and a connecting door to the hall bath with a walk-in shower.

If you’re looking for Hilton Head condo rentals, the Colonnade Club is a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation. This complex is close to the beach with an on-site pool (open April 15th through September), pool house, heated spa and community BBQ grills. Please note Colonnade Club is not equipped with elevators and use of stairs is required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
