The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Enjoy direct access to the private covered deck, where you can take in serene lagoon and golf course views. The guest bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed, a Smart TV, and easy access to the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Nestled in Evian at Shipyard, this villa is surrounded by the scenic Brigantine Golf Course and offers an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy a picturesque 5-acre lake with a charming gazebo, perfect for wildlife viewing.
