Island House 147 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1st-floor, pet-friendly villa located in the Forest Beach area. The location is within close walking distance of the beach and Coligny Plaza with several shops and restaurants.

147 Island House has an open-concept floor plan. Entering the villa, you walk into the dining and living areas. The living area has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and access to the outdoor patio through sliding glass doors. The dining area has seating for six with easy access to the kitchen. The galley-style kitchen has ample counter space and is well-appointed with everything one could need for a family meal or making a picnic for your day at the beach!

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.

This Island house allows 2 cars MAX. Per the Island House HOA.

The Island House complex has unassigned parking, a pool with lounge chairs, a pool house and a picnic area! The complex pool is located just around the back of the building with a grilling area.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities, just minutes from the beaches of Hilton Head Island. Bike paths on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area.
