Conveniently located behind the nook sits a dry bar; the perfect place with plenty of space to house hor d’oeuvres when guests visit.

The living room features a 3- piece seating group for your movie night viewing pleasure on the flat screen mounted TV/DVD combo. Sliding glass doors from the living room leads to a sun-room offering tropical motif and equipped with a wicker sofa, 4 chairs, a flat screen TV, and dining table with six matching chairs.
