175 Mooring Buoy is a tucked-away Palmetto Dunes vacation home rental on Hilton Head with a private pool and ping pong table. Entering the home, you are greeted in the large open living area with a dining area and wet bar. (Fireplace is not for guest use). The updated, fully equipped kitchen has ample counter space and storage. There is a dining table for eight in the dining area off of the kitchen. The laundry room with a full-sized washer, dryer and laundry sink are just off of the dining area. Access the Carolina Room from the kitchen or main living area, here you will find views of the lagoons and a ping pong table. **Fireplace is not for guest use.**

To the right of the foyer is the primary suite with a king bed, a private bath bathed in natural light with a soaking tub, double vanities and a step-in shower. Sliding glass doors lead from the primary suite to the deck overlooking the lagoon system that runs through Palmetto Dunes. The additional two bedrooms are located off of the hallway connecting the foyer and kitchen. Each bedroom has two full beds each and access to private bathrooms.

Multiple level decks overlook the lagoon in Palmetto Dunes where you can enjoy meals outdoors or relax. The shaded private pool is located on the side of the home.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community, please specify the number of security gate passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation in our home rentals on Hilton Head Island. Passes are charged per car per week.
