82 North Sea Pines, also known as "Sea Retreat" is a beautifully updated, single level home, located just a short walk to the beach! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious vacation spot is dog-friendly and offers quintessential golf course views.
As you walk through the front door, you're greeted with lots of natural light and an open-concept floor plan. The living area offers plenty of seating on plush furniture, as well as a Smart TV and sleeper sofa. The sun-drenched Carolina room is located just beyond the living area, making it the perfect spot for your morning coffee or reading respite.
The dining area is just beyond the living area and features seating for 10. The large kitchen offers additional seating for two at the kitchen island and features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of cabinet space.
To the left of the living area you'll find the main bedroom. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private porch overlooking the golf course. The private bathroom has a renovated walk-in shower.
The two guest bedrooms are located to the right of the living area. Both bedrooms have twin beds. The 2nd guest bedroom also has a flat screen TV and access to the porch, shared by the Carolina room. You'll find a gas grill on this porch, as well as seating for 4.
Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved dog up to 40lbs each for an additional fee of $225 plus tax per dog.
