27 Ocean Breeze is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. This Coligny Beach vacation rental offers an open-concept floor plan, high speed internet, spacious bedrooms and hardwood flooring throughout.

The living area features comfortable furniture, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private porch overlooking the lagoon. The fully renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The first of 3 bedrooms is located on the main level. This room features a queen bed, flat screen TV, work station and access to a hall bath with a ornately tiled walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 75 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 is required if you are bringing a dog.

The Ocean Breeze complex on Hilton Head Island is pet-friendly, has three swimming pools that are open from April through October, free on-site tennis and is only a short walk to the beach. Our Coligny Beach vacation rentals are walking distance to the award-winning beaches on Hilton Head Island. Both Coligny Circle and Alders Lane beach access points offer restrooms, showers, and a lifeguard station during peak season and are less than a 10-minute walk from the villa. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
