570 Queens Grant is the perfect vacation getaway for you and your pup! This well-appointed, dog-friendly condo offers an open-concept floor plan, LVP and tile flooring throughout and two spacious bedrooms.

The living area offers a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio through sliding doors. The dining area has seating for 6 and is open to the spacious kitchen. The kitchen offers stainless appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

The main bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen. These rooms share access to an updated bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes complex is near the entrance of the resort and the oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course, only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The complex features a community pool open April through September with beautifully landscaped gardens and bike paths and easy access to the amenities of Shelter Cove. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre.

Parking Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community that requires each vehicle to have a car pass; please specify the number of car passes that are needed at the time of booking your reservation. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: Parking for 2 cars only!

Pet Policy: this home is dog-friendly. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog is required if you are bringing a dog. Limit: 2 dogs MAX; 75 pounds per dog.
