South Sea Pines Drive 97

We LOVED this house and enjoyed our visit!  The house is in a great spot in Sea Pines, steps from the beach and few minutes walking/biking to the Salty Dog.  10/10 would recommend for families or friends visiting.

Fantastic house for our girl's trip!  The home's layout is perfect for a friendly or family gathering - both inside and out!  The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you could need or want to whip up a meal or snacks for the beach/pool.  Enough counter space for us too all convene in the kitchen :) We spent many, many hours laughing and catching up at the beach (only a few steps away), in the pool and the screened in porch.  This house is PERFECT and so cozy, did not feel like a rental house at all, but like we were at home!  Thank you for sharing your home with us.  We can't wait to come back!

2nd year in a row we’ve stayed at the home. Outstanding! Tremendous layout and flow of home for cooking, dining, sleep, and relaxation. The pool area is so nice being enclosed inside the parameter of the rooms. Great privacy and deterrent to noise pollution. Spent many hours in the evening enjoying the pool.  The pool house is a great addition for causal bite after grilling out, and certainly to gather if raining. Access and closeness to walkway and beach is great.

We've stayed in 97 South Sea Pines 3 times in 4 years.  First of all, the team at Hilton Head Exclusives by Sunset Rentals is always so courteous and helpful.  The home is very well maintained and the renovations were noticed.  The modification to the pool house generated more use with having direct access to the pool.  We can't wait to come back!

We have been staying in Sea Pines twice a year for over ten years and this was our best experience yet. The Hilton Head Exclusives team was quick to respond to my requests and was very friendly and easy to do business with. The equipment credit was great and we got bikes for all family members. We will be using Sunset rentals going forward. See you soon!

Great location, easy walk to the beach - close enough to walk back & forth if needed.  Pool area is large and we enjoyed the screened in porch by the pool.  The outdoor shower area was great for rinsing off after a day enjoying the beach.

By far best vacation home and rental company we have used in Sea Pines. Home was more beautiful than pictured, and pool and spa were amazing. Behind the home there is a concrete walkway path that leads to a bridge, and in just 3 minutes you are on the beach. And the deer next to the beautiful landscape was extra special to watch. We absolutely loved the area at bottom of steps with shower and storage space for all the beach gear. The home was very clean and well maintained and kitchen was more than equipped with everything we needed for all our meals. Hilton Head Exclusives by Sunset Rentals was wonderful to work with. Louise was always so very helpful and answered all our questions. We even forgot a Kindle in a drawer, and they are returning to us. Can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. Thank you to homeowners for sharing your home with our family!!!
