Bring your bikes or rent some to explore the island and exercise while you’re here. There is room to park your bikes just outside the front door. A little covered courtyard will provide shelter for them.

Step inside this luxury Hilton Head villa. You’ve never seen a kitchen like this! With beautiful tile floors and granite counter tops in the kitchen, exceptional stainless-steel appliances, such as a convection oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, sub-zero refrigerator, and a countertop ice maker! Also, stored in a kitchen closet, is a European stacked washer and dryer. Well stocked cabinets for elegant dining; serving pieces, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The family’s chef will enjoy this fantastic kitchen! There’s even a water faucet at the stove for filling pans with water for spaghetti night! With gently curving arched cabinetry in distressed black, it certainly strikes you as you enter this two-story villa. The dining area is comfortable and seats six with plenty of space to spare at the 96” table. There are three bar stools for keeping the chef company while (s)he’s cooking a family favorite meal.

Continued in the living room with built-in cabinets, bar, and entertainment center. The great room includes a new (2019) sofa and comfortable club chairs, new drapes and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Go through to the screened in porch and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. With Southern charm, you’ll enjoy the privacy of this little oasis. The back deck has a table for four for those relaxing meals in the fresh air, surrounded by nature.

Step around the corner and you’ll find the powder room, primary bedroom with king bed and an elegant black and white en-suite bath outfitted with a deep tub and stand-alone shower and his and her vanities. A four- poster king bed, plenty of closet space, and a dresser and two-night tables make this bedroom enough for anyone. There is also a flat screened TV and access to the back deck.

Going upstairs to the second floor, which is fully carpeted, you’ll be amazed at the “blue room”, designed for maximum comfort, you’ll find a very relaxing easy chair to read or simply rest from your fun-filled days on the beach, shopping or dining out. The Queen bed will provide a great nights’ sleep, rejuvenating your soul for another day to come. Your own private bath features a tub/shower combination and two separate vanities. Step out onto your private balcony for some sunshine and take in the sounds of nature.

The third bedroom, also on the second level is the “twin room”. Here you’ll find two twin beds and two desks in case you want to surf the internet or get some work done. A fabulous private bath includes a fantastic shower, two separate sinks, and commode. Enjoy the colorful tiles and modern feel of this beautiful bathroom.

Tennismaster, Hilton Head is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach, tennis center, Sonesta Resort and Shipyard Beach Club. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
