Back inside the property, you'll find a dedicated dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests!

The thoughtfully designed layout features two generously sized bedrooms with full bathrooms, plus an additional powder room, ensuring ample privacy and comfort for all your guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed, Smart TV and private balcony overlooking the community pool. This room features a beautifully renovated private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has full-size bunk beds, a Smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the Tennismaster ground. This room is perfect for accommodating children or providing flexible sleeping arrangements for your party.

For added convenience, the owners of this home have provided a pack-and-play, highchair and beach wagon for guests to use.

The Tennismaster villa complex is set in lush landscaping in Hilton Head’s Shipyard with an onsite pool and only a short 10 minute walk or quick bike ride on the trails to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.
