Both bedrooms are on the second level. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Vehicle Policy: Treetops allows TWO vehicles.

Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 4 adults.

Pet Policy: This property allows up to TWO (2) dogs, with a max weight of 75 lbs. per dog. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet is required if you are bringing a dog.
